Returns & Exchanges
THATS HOW IT WORKS:
If you don't like an item or it simply doesn't fit you, you can of course make use of your right to return it and send the product back to us within 14 days. We are of course also happy to help with warranty cases.
Returns should be sent to the following address:

If you would like to exercise your right to return, please include a copy of the invoice or delivery note in the package and send the goods back to us within 14 days.
Within Germany, returns are free of charge for orders over €50. Simply send us an email to mail@shakehands-supply.com so that we can email you a return label.
If you are returning from outside Germany, then send the goods to the address mentioned above. In this case, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer himself.
Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, we need approx. 5-10 working days to process the return. After the check has been completed, we will refund you the purchase price via PayPal or via the agreed payment method.
ADDITIONAL
The products must be returned unworn, intact and unused. We accept returns provided there are no signs of wear (e.g. make-up, deodorant, etc.).
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for the following items: Socks
The shipping costs incurred for outward shipping will not be refunded.
