WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

If your order is received before 12:00 p.m., we will try to send the package on the same day. If we have a big rush, there may be delays - in any case, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

A PRODUCT IN MY CART IS SUDDENLY SOLD OUT?

Unfortunately, the inventory was probably low, so another customer completed the purchase earlier. You are welcome to be notified by email as soon as the product is available again. Just go to the sold out product and leave your email there.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AT SHORT TERM?

If you have changed your mind and do not want the goods, then write us an email to mail@shakehands-supply.com or use our contact form.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Our products are manufactured in a wide variety of production facilities and countries. We have our prints, sewing work and labels produced regionally. We try to do our best to have our products manufactured fairly and sustainably. Just look at the product description of the item you are interested in, you can usually find everything about its production there. If you have any further questions, please feel free to write to us and/or provide feedback. Simply use our contact form.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

THATS HOW IT WORKS:

If you would like to exercise your right to return, please include a copy of the invoice or delivery note in the package and send the goods back to us within 14 days.


Within Germany, returns are free of charge for orders over €50. Simply send us an email to mail@shakehands-supply.com so that we can email you a return label.


If you are returning from outside Germany, then send the goods to the address below. In this case, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer:

Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, we need approx. 5-10 working days to process the return. After the check has been completed, we will refund you the purchase price via PayPal or via the agreed payment method.


PLEASE, KEEP IN MIND:

The products must be returned unworn, intact and unused. We accept returns as long as the goods have not been washed and there are no signs of wear (e.g. make-up, deodorant, etc.).

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for the following items: Socks

The shipping costs incurred for outward shipping will not be refunded.
